Business Transformation Consultant at BairesDev

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing existing workflows and designing optimized future-state processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with execution plans, ensuring that organizational goals are met through structured methodologies.

What You'll Do:

- Lead requirements gathering sessions and map complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities.

- Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within agile frameworks.

- Manage and align expectations across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure seamless change management.

- Partner with project teams to actively refine product backlogs and prioritize key deliverables.

- Coordinate and document end-to-end User Acceptance Testing processes to validate solution readiness.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or a related role.

- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping.

- Strong experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and backlog refinement.

- Experience coordinating and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Advanced proficiency in English.
