Solutions Engineer (Support) at BairesDev

As a Solutions Engineer (Support), you will provide high-level technical assistance to customers, focusing on the successful integration and operation of our services. You will act as a vital link between client needs and our internal engineering capabilities, ensuring that technical obstacles are resolved efficiently and partner onboarding is seamless.

What You'll Do:

- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to REST API integrations and technical workflows.

- Analyze source code and database records to identify root causes of reported incidents.

- Guide partners through the technical onboarding process, ensuring best practices are followed during implementation.

- Facilitate technical communication between external stakeholders and internal development teams to streamline product improvements.

- Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance self-service support capabilities.

- Monitor system health and customer feedback to proactively address potential integration friction points.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.

- Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and providing technical integration support.

- Advanced proficiency in reading source code and writing complex SQL queries.

- Strong hands-on experience in customer-facing technical roles and partner onboarding.

- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical issues between customers and engineering teams.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
