Senior Strategic Data Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior Strategic Data Analyst, you will leverage advanced data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. You will translate complex datasets into actionable business insights, ensuring high data quality and alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and maintain high-impact performance dashboards and data visualizations to track business performance.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to define, monitor, and analyze key business metrics and strategic KPIs.

- Translate raw analytical findings into compelling narratives and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- Perform advanced data modeling and data quality assessments to ensure accurate, trusted reporting across the organization.

- Oversee analytical frameworks that support long-term strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in writing advanced SQL queries and performing data modeling.

- Strong hands-on experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Exceptional skills in business storytelling, data quality analysis, and stakeholder communication.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
