Senior Scrum Master, Cybersecurity at BairesDev

As a Senior Scrum Master in Cybersecurity, you will champion Agile methodologies within our security engineering environment. You will guide cross-functional teams toward optimized delivery pipelines, ensuring that critical security initiatives and technical workflows progress smoothly and predictably without friction.

What You'll Do:

- Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, tailoring agile practices to the unique demands of a security engineering environment.

- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to increase maturity, collaboration, and self-organization.

- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and impediments to keep sprints moving efficiently.

- Support backlog refinement and manage key delivery metrics to ensure high-quality and predictable software increments.

- Foster transparent and continuous communication across technical teams and business stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within cybersecurity or security engineering environments.

- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum facilitation and coaching cross-functional teams.

- Strong hands-on experience with backlog management, tracking delivery metrics, and managing risks and impediments.

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
