Senior Release Manager at BairesDev

As a Senior Release Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software deployments, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align release schedules, mitigate deployment risks, and maintain the overall stability of our delivery pipelines.

What You'll Do:

- Own and manage the release planning process and global release calendar.

- Coordinate CI/CD deployments and coordinate technical execution across various environments.

- Establish comprehensive change and configuration management processes to ensure traceability.

- Develop proactive risk mitigation, dependency mapping, and robust rollback planning.

- Facilitate consistent communication among cross-functional stakeholders to align goals.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Systems Engineering, or Project Management.

- Proven expertise in release planning, calendar ownership, and coordinating CI/CD deployments.

- Strong hands-on experience with change management, configuration management, and rollback planning.

- Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and coordinate dependencies.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
