Senior Operations Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will lead the design and optimization of internal workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across diverse operational teams.

What You'll Do:

- Map and analyze cross-functional processes to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational health and guide strategic decision-making.

- Leverage data-driven insights and advanced spreadsheet techniques to support executive-level reporting.

- Integrate automation and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and minimize operational friction.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and standards.

- Drive excellence in operational discipline, providing structure and clarity to complex projects involving multiple teams.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar operational role.

- Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decision making.

- Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation and improvement.

- Strong background in continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance, or Operations teams.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
