Senior Business Process Consultant at BairesDev

As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing and optimizing core business workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex organizational needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Lead requirements gathering sessions and design comprehensive as-is and to-be process maps.

- Translate business needs into high-quality user stories and clear acceptance criteria.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and align expectations across diverse organizational teams.

- Facilitate backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning within Agile frameworks.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and maintain thorough project documentation.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Consulting, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping.

- Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog refinement, and UAT coordination.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
