Revenue Operations Specialist at BairesDev

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will drive the efficiency of our revenue-generating teams by optimizing workflows and integrating advanced AI capabilities into daily operations. You will act as a catalyst for growth, refining the tools and content that enable our sales force to engage customers effectively.

What You'll Do:

- Create and manage high-impact sales enablement materials to support the entire revenue lifecycle.

- Develop and refine AI prompts to automate complex sales workflows and improve communication speed.

- Conduct thorough copy editing of sales collateral to ensure professional standards and brand alignment.

- Analyze and optimize Go-To-Market processes to eliminate friction and improve sales velocity.

- Maintain and enhance CRM systems to ensure high data integrity and actionable insights for sales teams.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement.

- Proven expertise in sales enablement and creating high-impact content for revenue teams.

- Proficiency in AI prompt engineering for sales workflows and automation.

- Hands-on experience with copy editing and optimizing sales communication.

- Strong background in process optimization for GTM teams and CRM management.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
