QA Specialist (AI/ML) at BairesDev

As a QA Specialist (AI/ML), you will ensure the integrity of datasets used for training advanced models. You will act as a guardian of data quality, overseeing annotation processes to ensure they meet the rigorous standards required for reliable AI performance.

What You'll Do:

- Audit and validate annotated datasets to ensure high-quality ground truth for model training.

- Monitor data pipelines to identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies or quality issues early.

- Review and refine annotation guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across project teams.

- Provide detailed feedback and performance tracking to improve the accuracy of data labelers over time.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to establish robust data validation benchmarks and security protocols.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Operations.

- Proven expertise in data quality assurance and validation for data annotation.

- Strong ability to support and optimize AI/ML training data pipelines.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.

- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Advanced proficiency in English.
