Product Analyst at BairesDev

As a Product Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will be responsible for transforming high-level business goals into actionable technical documentation and clear user stories to drive successful product delivery.

What You'll Do:

- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

- Author detailed user stories and precise acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

- Map complex business processes to identify improvements and ensure alignment.

- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and manage development workflows within Jira and Confluence.

- Ensure technical specifications accurately reflect business needs throughout the product lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role focused on technical requirements.

- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and defining clear acceptance criteria.

- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for product documentation and workflow management.

- Hands-on experience with BPMN for process modeling and effective stakeholder management.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
