Data Annotation Specialist at BairesDev

As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will ensure the highest standards of data quality for AI and machine learning initiatives. You will be responsible for validating annotated datasets to support the development of high-fidelity models, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

What You'll Do:

- Execute and oversee quality assurance processes for complex data annotation tasks.

- Develop and refine clear, consistent labeling guidelines to minimize ambiguity in training materials.

- Audit annotated datasets to ensure strict adherence to project-specific requirements and ground-truth standards.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve interrelationships between annotation practices and model performance.

- Maintain rigorous, unbiased data control processes to foster user confidence in AI systems.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in data quality assurance or data operations.

- Proven expertise in providing quality assurance for data annotation and AI/ML training pipelines.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly follow complex annotation guidelines.

- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an AI/ML context.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
