Analytics Analyst at BairesDev

As an Analytics Analyst, you will transform raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will serve as a link between complex datasets and actionable outcomes, ensuring information is accessible and impactful for stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

- Execute advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean data from relational databases.

- Design and develop interactive KPI dashboards and visualizations to spotlight critical business metrics.

- Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns that support operational improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven answers.

- Automate routine analytical tasks to increase efficiency and focus on high-level strategic projects.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience as an Analytics Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.

- Proven expertise in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Solid understanding of statistical fundamentals and data analysis using Excel, Python, or R.

- Strong ability to communicate data insights and support business decision-making.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
