Technical Architect at BairesDev

As a Technical Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, end-to-end solutions that span multiple technology stacks and systems. You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring that architectural decisions align with business goals while maintaining system integrity and scalability.

What You'll Do:

- Architect high-level, multi-stack solutions that address complex business requirements and technical challenges.
- Define and document architectural patterns and integration standards to ensure consistency across diverse engineering teams.
- Oversee the technical direction of large-scale projects, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to optimize performance and future-proof the enterprise ecosystem.
- Lead the resolution of critical architectural bottlenecks and cross-system integration issues.
- Provide strategic mentorship to engineering leaders to foster a culture of architectural excellence.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture or Technical Leadership.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across multiple systems and stacks.
- Advanced proficiency in architecture patterns and integration design.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Deep technical fluency across diverse technology stacks and enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
