Software Engineer (Games) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Games, you will develop immersive and high-performance interactive 3D experiences. You will leverage your expertise in modern game engines to craft seamless gameplay mechanics and ensure optimal visual fidelity across various platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and implement core gameplay systems and interactive mechanics using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and engine performance to maintain high frame rates and visual quality.
- Develop and integrate complex 3D mathematical models for character movement, physics, and environment interactions.
- Design and maintain robust multiplayer networking architectures to support synchronized real-time play.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine game engine internals and extend existing framework capabilities.
- Conduct thorough debugging and profiling to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in resource-intensive modules.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on game development.
- Proven expertise in building games or interactive 3D experiences using Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++).
- Deep understanding of game engine internals, rendering, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in 3D math and implementing multiplayer networking solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
