Sales Enablement Specialist at BairesDev

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will empower our revenue teams by streamlining sales processes and enhancing content delivery through advanced AI integration. You will serve as the primary link between sales operations and high-impact content strategy, ensuring our commercial teams have the tools and resources to win.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive library of sales enablement assets to support the entire buyer journey.

- Architect and refine AI prompt libraries to automate routine sales workflows and improve communication speed.

- Oversee the optimization of sales tools and platforms to maximize team productivity and data accuracy.

- Execute rigorous copy editing and quality control across all business-critical communications and proposals.

- Analyze the effectiveness of sales content and training programs to drive continuous process improvement.

- Partner with revenue leadership to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks within the sales cycle.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or content strategy.

- Proven expertise in creating sales content and optimizing workflows to support revenue teams.

- Proficiency in AI prompt engineering to automate and enhance sales professional workflows.

- Strong background in copy editing to ensure high-quality and consistent business communications.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
