3D Engineer at BairesDev

As a 3D Engineer, you will specialize in graphics rendering, focusing on the development of high-performance shaders and real-time graphics pipelines. You will be responsible for translating complex visual concepts into efficient code, ensuring seamless rendering across various hardware architectures.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement real-time graphics rendering pipelines to achieve high-fidelity visual results.
- Develop and optimize complex shaders for various platforms.
- Leverage modern graphics APIs to drive system performance.
- Deep-dive into GPU architectures to implement low-level optimizations and improve frame rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced 3D features into core products.
- Maintain high-performance standards by troubleshooting and resolving rendering bottlenecks.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on graphics rendering or GPU programming.
- Proven expertise in developing real-time graphics pipelines and shader programming using GLSL, HLSL, or MSL.
- Proficiency with modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL.
- Deep understanding of GPU architecture and low-level graphics optimization techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in C++ for high-performance systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
