People Analytics Specialist at BairesDev

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will transform complex talent data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will empower our Talent Acquisition and Operations teams by providing a clear, data-driven view of organizational health and recruitment efficiency.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators across the talent lifecycle.

- Perform deep-dive analyses on sourcing pipelines and recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

- Partner with leadership to define data requirements and deliver periodic reports on hiring trends and workforce metrics.

- Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions and SQL queries to clean, manipulate, and interpret large datasets from various HR systems.

- Translate technical findings into concise, non-technical narratives for stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based talent strategies.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Talent Operations.

- Proven expertise in SQL and Excel/Sheets for data analytics.

- Strong background in talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with KPI reporting and building analytics dashboards.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
