Ready to help build the marketing presence of an emerging luxury real estate brand?
Join a growing boutique real estate brokerage specializing in luxury residential properties. Led by an experienced real estate executive, the company is focused on building a premium brand and expanding its digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the company's day-to-day marketing efforts while helping shape its voice and online presence from the ground up.
As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you'll manage social media, repurpose content across multiple channels, engage with prospective clients, and support future paid advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer who enjoys both content execution and digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and the company website/blog
- Repurpose leadership-provided content into engaging, platform-specific social media posts
- Follow up with leads and prospects generated through marketing and social media activities
- Support future paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and WhatsApp
- Create marketing materials that reflect the luxury lifestyle and resonate with high-end homebuyers
Must-Have Requirements
- 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media management
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- College degree
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily marketing work
- Professional home office with reliable high-speed internet and a capable computer
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM and Mailchimp
- Previous experience in U.S. real estate marketing
- Experience writing or translating marketing content in Spanish
- Familiarity with luxury real estate or luxury lifestyle branding
