Medical Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist with processing medical billing and insurance claims.
• Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems.
• Prepare and manage medical documentation and reports.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Kareo
• Familiarity with medical billing platforms like AdvancedMD
• Experience with telehealth platforms such as Zoom Healthcare

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or a related role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
