Senior Data Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and maintain large-scale data pipelines to ensure the seamless flow of information across the organization. You will serve as a link between raw data sources and analytical systems, building the robust infrastructure necessary for data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality datasets.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated data warehouse architectures using Redshift and AWS services.
- Implement automated workflows to ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility at scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Enhance system performance through advanced SQL optimization and infrastructure redesign.
- Establish best practices for data modeling and governance to support long-term scalability.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing on Amazon Redshift.
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and data lake architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
