Data Analyst at BairesDev

As a Data Analyst at BairesDev, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, create comprehensive reports and visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

What You'll Do:

- Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that address business questions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Create and maintain documentation of data sources, models, and analytical processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Excel, Python, R, etc.).
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard creation.
- Advanced level of English.
