Principal QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev

As a Principal QA Automation Engineer, you'll define the long-term technical vision for quality automation and solve the most critical testing challenges. You'll establish engineering standards, mentor technical leaders, and make architectural decisions of broad impact across testing systems.

What You'll Do:

- Define technical strategy and long-term direction for automation testing and quality infrastructure.

- Design solutions for the most complex testing challenges across multiple domains.

- Lead technical decision-making and establish standards that shape quality engineering culture.

- Mentor staff and senior QA engineers in advanced practices and architectural thinking.

- Drive initiatives that improve test reliability, scalability, and engineering effectiveness.

- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align quality vision with business strategy.

What We Are Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in QA automation and test architecture.

- Expert knowledge of automation frameworks, distributed testing systems, and quality engineering.

- Strong track record of solving complex testing problems with significant business impact.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence organizational direction.

- Deep understanding of test architecture, performance engineering, and operational excellence.

- Advanced level of English.
