Descrição da Vaga
We’re looking for a Tech Coordinator (CPA) to own the technical foundation of our CPA media buying campaigns at Bemobi. This role ensures that tracking, attribution, integrations, and funnel infrastructure run seamlessly across channels like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Smadex, affiliates, and other DSPs.
The goal of the role is to enable media buyers focus on launch, optimization, and scaling performance, while you proactively prevent, detect, and resolve any technical issues impacting conversion, CPA, and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign technical readiness & QA: Ensure all technical elements (tracking links, redirects, parameters, postbacks, pixels, SDK/server-side tracking) are properly implemented and tested before launch.
- Tracking & attribution ownership: Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and document tracking and attribution setups the CPA team can rely on; ensure consistent measurement across sources and internal systems.
- Technical operations & incident resolution: Act as the go-to technical expert during issues, coordinating across between platform tech teams, delivery/LP teams, CPA platform/BI teams, and external partners to restore performance fast.
- Proactive monitoring & diagnostics: Monitor key technical health metrics (e.g., link uptime, redirects, parameter loss, postback success rate, discrepancies, latency), and catch errors early with proactive escalation and fixes.
- Data integrity & discrepancy analysis: Investigate and resolve inconsistencies across traffic sources, tracking platforms, and internal Bemobi systems; protect reporting accuracy for CPA, ROI, and revenue.
- Launch & scaling support: Enable smooth launches of new campaigns and channels with best-practice technical setup from day one; fix or unblock non-performing campaigns caused by technical issues.
- Compliance-aware execution: Ensure all technical implementations align with platform policies and approved practices.
- Tech roadmap contribution (CPA): Drive CPA-related technical improvements and coordinate required changes across tech teams; own implementation follow-up and delivery.
