Scopic is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced global environment.
In this role, you will source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across technical and non-technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers worldwide. You will leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, recruitment analytics, and your understanding of technology and software roles to identify and attract top talent.

What You'll Do:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions
• Utilize AI tools and recruitment technologies
• Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases
• Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring performance
• Support global hiring initiatives across multiple time zones
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Native or C2-level English proficiency
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
• Understanding of technology, AI, and software industry trends
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
